Gas Explosion kills Scores, injures many others in Nasarawa State

An explosion occurred this morning around 11 O’clock which reportedly killed many people, and leaving many others with varying degrees of burns. According to the report posted by eyewitnesses on the facebook, the inferno 🗼  burned many properties including vehicles, motorcycles and tricycles. The unfortunate incident occurred opposite Sandaji filling station, Jos road, Lafia in Nasarawa State.

Pictures of the charred bodies of the victims were posted on the social media. It was a gory sight. A report posted by one Ibrahim Adamu stated as follows:

“Happening now opposite Sandaji Filling station, Jos road, Lafia as a result of heavy Gas flame. It is very pathetic. Lives and properties (were) destroyed and still uncontrolled.

“Please all helping hands are needed”.
