This is the concluding part of the Lecture delivered by Pastor Abayomi Olayinka at the Leadership Training/Retreat organised by the Foursquare Women International (FWI) under the theme: GRACE FOR ACCELERATION held at Yaba.
REWARD OF FAITHFULLY
PAYING THE PRICE FOR LEADERSHIP
There shall be
maturity in Christ – Titus 3:4-7
There shall be true
Revelation – 1Cor.2:9-13; Heb.4:12-13
There shall be Fruitfulness
– Gal.5:16-26
There shall be Courage
– Acts 20:20
There shall be Commitment
– Acts 20:22-24
There shall be
Consistence – Acts 20:18-19
Conclusion: Everything that you would ever desire in the world that has
any kind of value will cost you a high price. Whether it is a house, car or
whatever you are hoping to obtain someday, it will cost a great price -
especially if it of top quality. The price that we must pay includes the loss
of everything outside of God. We must put aside everything that is not in
agreement with God and that opposes God, replaces God, and is a substitute for
God in our leadership assignment. Otherwise, we do not allow God adequate opportunity
and sufficient ground to freely work Himself into us; and as a result, we will
not experience God richly.
