Or still will the rapture take place? What will the Guest Minister tell the people of God who will come from all walks of life to hear him? MightyVoice medium has paraphrased the story from the Bible where the event that made God revealing to the man of God, Prophet Elisha to tell the people that 'By this time tomorrow...' and you are advised to be patient to read the biblical story below in order to understand the message better when you come for the Revival.
Samaria was besieged by Syrian army. The king of Syria was Benhadad, while Jehoram was the king of Israel. Samaria was the capital of the northern kingdom, while Jerusalem was the capital of the southern kingdom. Southern kingdom comprised the tribes of Judah and Benjamin, while the northern kingdom was made up of the remaining ten tribes.

King Jehoram ruled Israel from Samaria, and it was recorded that he did evil in the sight of God. He did not fear the Lord. He made Israel to sin and had no regard for Elisha, the man of God. He believed in false prophets, and preferred their false prophecies to the prophecies of Elisha. Because king Jehoram led the people of Israel to sin, God decided to punish the entire nation.

King Benhadad of Syria ordered his armies to besiege Samaria and make war against the people. The besieging of Samaria for several months crippled the socio-political and economy of the nation resulting in severe famine. Israel became a pariah nation.

Due to the severe famine, two women entered into an agreement to kill and eat their sons in order to survive. The first woman told the second woman to:

Give thy son, that we may eat him today, and we will eat my son tomorrow". 2Kings 6:28 NKJV

The second woman agreed and the two women killed the son of the second woman, cooked and ate him. You may wonder why the first woman who came up with the idea didn’t offer her son first. But when it was the turn of the first woman, she went and hid her son. The second woman presented the matter to king Jehoram:

"So we boiled my son, and did eat him: and I said unto her on the next day, Give thy son that we may eat him: and she hath hid her son". 2Kings 6:29 NKJV

King Jehoram upon hearing the story of the sorrowful woman who also pleaded with him to intervene in her case was perplexed, and vowed to deal with the man of God, Prophet Elisha whom he accused of being responsible for the precarious situation in the nation. The king vowed to kill Elisha the prophet.

And it came to pass, when the king heard the word of the woman, that he rent his clothes; and he passed upon the wall, and the people looked, and, behold, he had sackcloth within upon his flesh. Then he said, God do so and more also to me, if the head of Elisha the son of Shaphat shall stand on him this day”. 2Kings 6:30-31 NKJV

God revealed the plot to kill Elisha to him, and he told the elders who were with him:

See ye how this son of a murderer hath sent to take away mine head? Look, when the messenger cometh, shut the door, and hold him fast at the door…" 2Kings 6:32c NKJV

Elisha then told king Jehoram that the Lord would end the famine and ‘by this time tomorrow’ the prices of goods would crash beyond the expectation of the people of Israel. Elisha said:

Listen to this message from the LORD! This is what the LORD says, By this time tomorrow in the markets of Samaria, six quarts of choice flour will cost only one piece of silver, and twelve quarts of barley grain will cost only one piece of silver”. 2Kings 7:1, New Living Translation (NLT)

The king doubted and said to Elisha:
That couldn’t happen even if the LORD opened the windows of heaven”. 2Kings 7:2, NLT

Because king Jehoram doubted the power of God, Elisha the prophet told him:
You will see it happen with your own eyes, but you won’t be able to eat of it”. 2Kings 7:2b, NLT

King Jehoram witnessed the economic turn-around of the nation of Israel he ruled, but died miserably without part-taking in the fortune.
