There are many Pastors who wouldn't have had interest in the Ministry of Jesus Christ if Malachi 3:9-11 were not in the Bible. Genuine Christians should heed the warning by Peter in 2Peter 2:3 which is:
And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. KJV
In their greed they will make clever lies to get hold of your money. But God condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed. NLT
Yes, unknown to those greedy money conscious Pastors, God has condemned them already and the day of their destruction will soon come. Capital NO! Christianity didn't come to Africa as business but as the power of God. The early missionaries suffered and died here not for business of mammon but for the soul of men. The Bingham brothers in Yagba land had power encounter; the Kutis in Egba land suffered terribly. What of God's visitation to Ijesa land destroying all the powers of Satan and releasing many Christian leaders?
