Most of the times, we lack adequate preparations, proper directions and right mentorship. We find it difficult to let go the mistakes, failures of the past and move to the present. We're scared to take risk. We give up after many attempts failed instead of trying again.
We move with the wrong people and expect right results, and we are so lazy to work hard, and try new things in different ways. Not being creative cannot help to realize your potentials.
We make many plans, have beautiful visions and amazing progressive dreams with lots of directions but still get stagnated in one place.
Visionaries are fighters! You're not ready to win until you're ready to fight no matter how long it takes or the effort it demands. Procrastination is said to be a thief of time, so my advice for you reading this is to avoid postponement of that noble ideas in you.
