A few days ago, the man in the pix (below) was alive, hale and hearty. Today, as I compose this post, the man is late.
His name: Chief Lucky Adimike.
Ego Na-Eje Ije N'Awka-Etiti!
He was a philanthropist. An entrepreneur whose business extends from the South East of Nigeria to Lagos and Abuja. He was doing well for himself and his family.
According to news making the rounds on social media, the man was stabbed to d3ath by his own son!
Although the crime is being investigated by the police, friends & neighbours of the family believe there's an attempt (by the wife) to cover up the crime (allegedly). So they have begun to circulate the news. It's everywhere — FaceBook, Whatsapp e.t.c
I guess it's another opportunity for me to emphasize the lessons I teach on my page @ Men's Lives Matter Too. Women have huge influence over their children. As a man, it's crucial you accept this reality!
No matter how much you love your kids, their mothers wil alwyz spend more time with them than you can ever possibly do. And that's okay because in marriage, the woman is supposed to be "a help and a complement" to you, the man. It is so stated in the Bible (that's if Christians still believe in their scriptures).
A man is charged to provide for his family. Most men in Africa (esp in Nigeria), spend their youthful vigor laboring to provide food, clothing, shelter, and education for their children. Even for their wives.
But as a man, your prayer should be: "Let my labour not be in vain." 'Cos what some of these vvomen do with the time they spend with the children is to indoctrinate them against their fathers. So, pray you don't end up with a "winch" –a resentful Jezebel – for a wife. Because despite your hardwork, your sacrifices and your love for your kids, she will convince them that you're a bad person.
What your wife says you are, is what your kids believe you are. Why? Because like I mentioned earlier, they have the privilege of spending more time with the children. Sadly, most kids may never understand what their fathers went through in marriage until they grow up and start to have similar experiences from their own African wives.
Even in adulthood, your children's opinion of you may still depend on the p0tency and latency of the p0isonous opinions instilled in them by their resěntful African m0thers. I've written a book on this subject. Titled: "Men's Lives Matter Too." You may get a copy at Amazon & Walmart.
Imagine being mvrdered by your own son! It's unthinkable. Isn't it? But here is a man whose been kiiled by his own son. A son who is said to be heavily influenced by his mother. So, now, I begin to see why our ancestors had many children by many wives (even by many concubines). I guess the idea was probably to forestall such incidents as this. Ah! The g0ds are wise.
Among 25 children, as an example, there must be one who will sympathise with his/her father's struggles and pains. Let me repeat one of my teachings here: Instead of a wife to cause your d3ath, pls aband0n her and move to safer ground. Yes. Let them call you a d3adbeat or an absentee hvsband/father. It doesn’t matter! Let them say you keep malice. It still doesn't matter. A living dog is better than a d3ad fvcked up lion.
Afterall, vvomen abandon their marriages all the time with the excuse that they felt threatened. And nobody ever called them d3adbeat m0thers. A man's life is not less important. It was never God's plan for vvomen to hvte their hvsbands like they do these days. It was also not God's plan for children to hvte or kiil their fathers. These are anomalies.
Less than 20% of m.arried vvomen in Nigeria love their hvsbands. Most of them are in marriage for various ulterior motives. As a man, learn to protect yourself at all times!
