You see, I don’t argue with people, I just speak the truth!
…you need to see how they all rushed out to the comment session with the exact same rehearsed line.
"Ehn Israel, Pastor Adeboye is not the healer! God is the healer! Why are you attacking him?"
Blah blah blah
Please, for those who can think, let’s use this simple logic.
If you truly believe that God alone is the healer, why are you running after Enoch Adeboye?
Why do you travel hundreds of kilometers across bad roads from every corner of Nigeria, pay heavy transport fares, and sleep on cold wooden planks at the camp just to hear his voice?
Why?
Why do your people struggle and pay booking fees to get private VIP appointments in his office just for him to lay his hands on your head?
Ehn, why?
If God is the healer and Christ lives inside every believer, why can your Christian husband not lay hands on your sick child or wife at home?
Why can the pastor assigned to your local street parish in your village not lay hands on you and see the exact same result?
Why must it always be Daddy GO?
Answer me!
You know the answer, and it would make you ashamed…
We all know you do not run after him because of God.
You run after him because of the elaborate mythology built around his persona.
You run after him because he has been elevated to an unscriptural middleman, a human conduit through whom you believe God operates exclusively.
Denominational worshipers have been conditioned to believe that, some men are carriers of God’s presence. People think Pa Kumuyi, Pa Adeboye, Mr Oyedepo, Dr Eneche, Mr Jerry Eze have special relationship with God better than an average Christian…
They talk about higher grace, I wonder where they got those delusional terminologies.
Of course, how wont they achieve this psychological control over you and millions of people, when you sit under them and listen to their well-cooked myth that they call testimonies.
For decades, Pa Adeboye has stood before massive crowds and told stories that defy all spiritual and physical reality, stories that no human being can independently verify.
Who can forget the famous story of driving a car on a completely empty fuel tank all the way from Ore to Lagos without putting in a single drop of petrol because God suspended the laws of combustion just for him?
Liar!
I can’t forget the story of him traveling abroad to Colorado and commanding the freezing winter weather to pause so he could be comfortable?
Baba even said he shared a hot cup of tea with the Almighty God in his room.
Ah ah, so God supposedly drank from the cup and left it half full?
Eh, zero fear of God.
Honestly, think about the psychological damage these tall tales cause to an ordinary believer sitting in the pew. Of course, they will just seated ignorantly cheering and clapping as the man keep locking their brains, only to extract monies from their pockets, purses and account.
They already know that the moment you listen to those “testimonies”, you begin to believe that they are walking in an impossible dimension of grace.
Now you're forced to say to yourself: "If this man of God can command winter and drive without fuel and I am before him now, that means he can just look at my passport, my visa will be approved. If he can just touch me, my cancer will disappear."
That’s the lies of the devil.
That feeling triggers a desperate fear of missing out.
And it makes millions of Nigerians abandon common sense, and run like sheep without a shepherd to worship at the shrine of one man’s charisma.
My write ups may be provoking and heart-rending, I know…
…it is meant to pierce your heart, so that when your heart heals, it opens your eyes.
The apostle Peter warned christians about this very practice in 2 Peter 2:3, it says And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
Pay attention to the text and what the Holy Spirit called it “feigned words”.
Yesss! They are fabricated stories. They all do it.
Like, unprovoked, you’ll just be listening to a socalled man of God and suddenly he wants you to know his capability and he just hits you with one ‘lamba’.
And when you put real life case of challenge before them similar to the testimonies they just shared, they wont be able to heal the person, you will hear that the person’s faith isn’t enough.
Invented tales designed to make merchandise of your faith and keep the financial pipeline flowing.
But I promise you, that in the New Testament church established in 33AD, the apostles never operated as superstar gatekeepers to heaven. Even when they had the RAW powers.
When people tried to turn Paul and Barnabas into spiritual demigods in Acts 14:14-15, the apostles tore their clothes, ran into the crowd, and cried out: "Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God."
They pointed people away from themselves immediately.
1 Tim 2:5 says "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
Jesus Christ already tore the temple veil from the top to the bottom in Matthew 27 verse 51. There is no longer any special room where an earthly high priest must enter on your behalf.
You too have direct access to the throne of grace through the blood of Jesus Christ. You can pray and get answers, no Christian’s prayers get answer quicker than the other, except the one who call himself a Christian is going in and out with sin…
Stop letting mortal men enchant you with pulpit fairy tales. Stop outsourcing your faith to a man who will die and be buried in the dust like every other human being.
Open your bible, return to the simple, pure, and uncorrupted doctrine of Christ and His Church. Realize that if you are a baptized believer in the body of Christ, you need no earthly middleman. You just need to walk in the truth, reject delusional folklores, and put your total trust in Jesus Christ alone.
May God open your eyes!
