Answer: The witness was a Pakistani citizen. Seeing the young man kiss the young woman on the forehead, he immediately recorded it on his mobile phone and called out to the security on duty outside the mosque's veranda.

Answer: In Saudi Arabia, it is permissible for men and women to pray together. They first performed the obligatory congregational prayer. Then, during supplication, the two prayed to Allah in His court for their future happiness and peace. After the supplication ended and before the Sunnah prayer, in a moment of emotion, the young man kissed the young woman on the forehead. This was not primarily out of sexual desire! It was a kiss mixed with satisfaction after prayer and love for their future bond.
This case was heard in court for a long four months.
Since both the young man and woman were arrested, they could no longer communicate with anyone. The Pakistani citizen who had testified was fluent in Arabic.
He gave evidence in such a way in court that he convinced the court that what these two had done was an adulterous act. The Bangladeshi young man and woman, not understanding or speaking Arabic, couldn't figure out how to defend their actions. They were defeated by the Arabic language. The court said Alhamdulillah.
